insomnia

lately agk bz...
beselah, masuk kg,kuar kg...
tp,still ade mase nengok cter korea.hahahaha

dis tyme, aku nk cter psal insomnia sket.
aku nk cter nh coz aku
ahk curious la..
since aku agak ssah utk tdo.

INSOMNIA :

"difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep, or both"
--> aku mmg camni. kalu nk tdo,awl2 tuh mmg ssah la,
bab maintain tuh..kdg2 je la

insomnia nh berlaku utk sume
peringkat...
tua,muda or kanak2...
tp, most common on org2 besar la(adult).
pompuan or laki, 2-2 bleh kena,
tp bese kt org pompuan la...
*byk disease kene kt org pompuan~~~

jgn samakn insomnia ngan short duration sleep [sds]..
sds : sbuk memanjang,smpai x leh nk tdo, x de mase la...
insomnia : ade mase byk jer...tp mmg xleh tdo---> aku la nh~~~

ade bbrape faktor la
bleh mybbkan insomnia berlaku...
1) suasana yg x selesa [selesa jer bilik ak..double ag.]
2) stress [ relax jer.ciap tgok drama agi ;p]
3) smoking [ish..aku x smoking okay~~~]
4) caffeine [aku mnum nescafe tyme pg jer]
5) ambik ubat [aku x sakit la...]

so,

so,

x yah la bmbang sgt.
ianya common.
tp,
haruslah dibimbangi juge ye..ehhehehe.
if cam rase2 mmg diri tuh
ade insomia,
pegila jumpe doc ASAP.

n cegah kanlah ye~~~ ^_^
